The New York Exiles are a founding member of Women’s Elite Rugby (WER), based in New York City, New York. The team was founded in January 2025, and competed in the inaugural WER season that year.

The New York Exiles played in the very first WER game, facing the Boston Banshees on 22nd March, 2025. The Exiles play their home games out of Mount Vernon Memorial Stadium, the former home of MLR side, the Rugby New York Ironworkers.
