Maggie Ribardo played in Women’s Elite Rugby between 2025-2026. She represented the New York Exiles for her entire WER career.

Named on the NY Exiles reserve roster, Maggie Ribardo earned their WER debut when she was named on the bench for the New York Exiles’ Round 5 clash with the Boston Banshees. She has previously played with New York Old Blue, as well as NYRC in the WPL. Ribardo earned 7 appearances during the inaugural season of WER competition, starting twice and helping the Exiles finish as Legacy Cup Runners Up in their first season. She returned for a second season with the Exiles in 2026.
