New York native Sophie Frick played in Women’s Elite Rugby between 2025-2026. She represented the New York Exiles for her entire WER career.

Sophie Frick was named in the NY Exiles’ starting lineup for the first ever WER game on 22nd March, 2025. She has previously played with NYRC in the WPL. Sophie Frick appeared in all 11 games that the NY Exiles played in WER’s inaugural season, starting all 11 and scoring 4 tries to help the team finish as Legacy Cup Runners Up in their first year. She returned for a second season with the team in 2026.
