New Jersey native Nic Carroll played in Women’s Elite Rugby between 2025-2026. They represented the New York Exiles for their entire WER career.

Nic Carroll earned their WER debut when they were named on the bench for the New York Exiles’ Round 3 clash with the Denver Onyx in Colorado. They previously played with NYRC in the WPL. Carroll earned a pair of appearances for the Exiles during the first season of WER competition, helping the team to finish as Legacy Cup Runners Up in their first season. They returned for a second season with the team in 2026.
