New York native Allysa O’Neill played in Women’s Elite Rugby between 2025-2026. She represented the New York Exiles for her entire WER career.

Signed mid-way through the 2025 WER season, Allysa O’Neill earned her WER debut when she was named in the New York Exiles starting lineup for their Round 11 clash with the Denver Onyx. She has previously played with NYRC in the WPL. O’Neill earned a pair of appearances during the first season of WER competition, earning 1 start to help the Exiles finish as Legacy Cup Runners Up in their inaugural season. She returned for a second year with the team in 2026.
