New Jersey native Caoimhe O’Sullivan-Roche played in Women’s Elite Rugby between 2025-2026. She represented the New York Exiles for their entire WER career.

Caoimhe O’Sullivan-Roche was named in the NY Exiles starting lineup for WER’s first ever game, played on March 22nd, 2025. She has previously represented NYRC in the WPL. She appeared in 10 of the NY Exiles’ 11 games during the first season of WER competition, starting 8 times and scoring 2 tries to help the team qualify for the Legacy Cup, where they finished as Runners Up.

Caoimhe O’Sullivan-Roche returned for a second season with the NY Exiles in 2026.
