Lock Jess Salud played in Women’s Elite Rugby between 2025-2026. She represented the New York Exiles for her entire WER career.

Although listed as a reserve player, Jess Salud was named on the NY Exiles bench for the first ever WER game on 22nd March, 2025. Salud appeared in 10 of the Exiles’ 11 matches during the inaugural season of WER in 2025, starting 9 times and scoring a try to help the team finish as Legacy Cup Runners Up in their first year. She returned for a second season with the team in 2026.
