California native Serena Liu played in Women’s Elite Rugby during it’s inaugural season in 2025. She represented the Twin Cities Gemini for her entire WER career.

Serena Liu was named in the starting lineup for TC Gemini’s first ever game on 23rd March, 2025. She has previously played with the Berkeley All Blues, as well as the San Clemente Rhinos in the World Tens Championship.
