Wisconsin native Katrina ‘Trina’ Nunes played in Women’s Elite Rugby during it’s inaugural season in 2025. She represented the Twin Cities Gemini for their entire WER career.
Trina Nunes was named on the TC Gemini bench for the team’s first ever game on 23rd March, 2025. Nunes has previously played in the WPL with the Twin Cities Amazons, as well as the Midwest Thunderbirds. She was named as a Foundational Five player for the TC Gemini.
