New York native Congetta ‘Jetta’ Owens played in Women’s Elite Rugby during it’s inaugural season in 2025. She represented the New York Exiles for her entire WER career.
Jetta Owens was selected as a starter in the NY Exiles’ lineup for WER’s first ever game on 22nd March, 2025. She has also played with the Locals in the Premier Rugby Sevens competition.
