New York native Catie Benson played in Women’s Elite Rugby during it’s inaugural season in 2025. She represented the Boston Banshees for her entire WER career.
A capped USA Eagle, Catie Benson was named in the Boston Banshees starting lineup for WER’s first ever game on 22nd March, 2025. She has represented the USA at two Rugby World Cups, in 2017 and 2021, and previously played with Sale Sharks in England’s PWR.
