2022 – RD 13: New England Free Jacks v Utah Warriors

The Utah Warriors travel to Veterans Memorial Stadium in Quincy to face the New England Free Jacks.

Mitch Wilson scored for the Free Jacks in just the 2nd minute, and help the lead for the rest of the game, finishing with a bonus point win and a scoreline of 33-17. This was the Free Jacks’ 8th consecutive victory, setting a new MLR record for the longest win streak in the history of the league. It surpassed the previous record of 7 set by the Glendale Raptors (later the Colorado Raptors) in 2018 and equalled by the Toronto Arrows in 2019.

2022 – RD 12: Houston SaberCats v Toronto Arrows

The Toronto Arrows head to the Lone Star State to face the Houston SaberCats at Aveva Stadium.

Despite being handed 2 yellow cards and 1 red, the SaberCats were able to record a comfortable 29-17 bonus point win over the Canadian outfit. The Arrows scored all 17 of their points in the last 15 minutes of the match.
