The New England Free Jacks become the first team in MLR history to record a 10-game win streak, defeating Rugby ATL 15-10 in a hard-fought contest at Veteran’s Memorial Stadium in Quincy.

Ironworkers2022 – RD 14: Seattle Seawolves v Dallas Jackals
The Dallas Jackals make the long trip to the PNW to face the Seattle Seawolves at Starfire Stadium.
The home crowd was treated to 3 new MLR records as the Seawolves decimated the Jackals by a score of 74-7. In doing so, the Seawolves set new MLR records for the most points ever scored by a team in a single game (74), the most tries ever scored by a team in a single game (11), and the largest margin of victory in league history (67).
The former 2 records eclipse the Utah Warriors, who scored 69pts and 10 tries against the Jackals in a 69-22 win earlier in the season, and the winning margin of 67 surpassed the previous record fo 54 set by the Austin Gilgronis in a 57-3 victory, also against the Dallas Jackals.
Jackals2022 – RD 14: San Diego Legion v Houston SaberCats
The Houston SaberCats travel to the west coast to take on the San Diego Legion at the SDSU Sports Deck.
The SaberCats took home a bonus point win with a 24-34 victory on the road. This was the ‘Cats 7th victory of the season, setting a new club record for wins in a season.
2022 – RD 14: LA Giltinis v Austin Gilgronis
The 2nd ever ‘Gil-grudge match’ sees the Austin Gilgronis travel to LA from Texas to face their cousins, the LA Giltinis.
The Giltinis lifted the Gilly’s Cup after emerging victorious in a low scoring, 10-8 victory after Will Magie missed a conversion on the final act of the game that would’ve drawn Austin level following a Chris Mattina try well after the clock turned red.
