Utah native Malia Isaacs played in Women’s Elite Rugby between 2025-2026. She represented the Boston Banshees for her entire WER career.

Despite being listed as a reserve player, Malia Isaacs was in the Boston Banshees starting lineup for WER’s first ever game on 22nd March, 2025. Isaacs earned 7 appearances during WER’s inaugural season, starting all of her games for the Boston Banshees. She returned for a second year with the team in 2026.

Right at the end of the 2026 WER regular season on 23rd July, Malia Isaacs was included in the USA Falcons development team travelling squad for their August tour of South America.
