Texas Tech graduate Leah Lockerman played in Women’s Elite Rugby during the 2026 season. She represented the Denver Onyx for her entire WER career.

Leah Lockerman represented the Raiders Women’s Rugby team during her time at Texas Tech, earning their first Conference Championship in 2024. She has also representing the Lone Star Armadillos all-star team securing 3 NCR All-Star Championship in a row with the Armadillos in 2023, 2024, and 2025, the latter of which she was named Final MVP for. In the summer of 2025, Lockerman toured the UK with the NCR Women’s All-Americans during the Rugby World Cup in England, and was invited to a USA Women’s Eagles Winter Camp in January of 2026. Lockerman was invited to another national team camp in March 2026, this time the USA Women’s Sevens U23s, shortly before she was included in the Denver Onyx squad for the 2026 WER season.
