Ohio native Narcisse ‘Keki’ O’Neal played in Women’s Elite Rugby between 2025-2026. She represented the Chicago Tempest for her entire WER career.

Keki O’Neal earned her WER debut when she was named in the Chicago Tempest starting lineup for their Round 2 clash with the New York Exiles during WER’s inaugural season in 2025. She has previously played with the Tampa Bay Krewe as well as the Worcester Warriors in the English PWR, also playing with Cardiff Met University while in the UK. She has represented the USA internationally in rugby league.

O’Neal earned 9 appearances for the Chicago Tempest in 2025, starting 7 times during WER’s inaugural season. She returned for a second year with the team in 2026.
