Florida native Kate Boggs played in Women’s Elite Rugby during the 2026 season. She represented the Boston Banshees for her entire WER career.
Kate Boggs attended the United States Coast Guard Academy, graduating in 2026. She played rugby for USCGA throughout her time there, and was a standout. Boggs broke her leg in April 2025 while representing the final minutes of the 2025 DII National Final but make a remarkable recovery to take the field in the DII national championship in December 2025, where she was named Finals MVP. Following this, Boggs was also named NCR DII Player of the Year for 2025.
In early 2026, Kate Boggs was drafted to the Boston Banshees ahead of the 2026 WER season.
