Illinois native Greg Janowick played in Major League Rugby during the 2023 season. He represented the Utah Warriors for his entire MLR career.
A native of Barrington, IL, Greg Janowick attended the University of Tennessee, playing rugby with the Vols during his time there. He declared for the 2022 MLR Collegiate Draft and was selected in the 2nd Round, 18th Overall by the Utah Warriors. Through the 2025 draft, Janowick remains the only University of Tennessee player ever drafted into Major League Rugby.
The Utah Warriors signed Janowick for his rookie season in 2023, which he spent with the team but did not feature at MLR level.
