Massachusetts native Emma Santosuosso played in Women’s Elite Rugby between 2025-2026. She represented the Boston Banshees for their entire WER career.

Emma Santosuosso was named in the Boston Banshees starting lineup for WER’s first ever game on 22nd March, 2025. She previously played with Beantown RFC in the WPL. Santosuosso started all 10 of her appearances for the Banshees in WER’s inaugural season, scoring a try and returning for a second season with the team in 2026.
