Pennsylvania native Carly Waters played in Women’s Elite Rugby during it’s inaugural season in 2025. She represented the Denver Onyx for her entire WER career.

A capped USA Eagle, Carly Waters earned her WER debut in Round 2 of the 2025 season, when she was named on the Denver Onyx bench against the Bay Breakers, the first game in Onyx history. She previously represented both Saracens and the Sale Sharks in the English PWR, as well as the Colorado Gray Wolves in the WPL. She earned her international debut for the USA in 2023 and has over 20 test caps to date as Eagle #272.
