Connecticut native Caitlyn Caldon played in Women’s Elite Rugby during the 2026 season. She represented the New York Exiles for her entire WER career.

A native of South Windsor, CT, Caldon picked up rugby while at South Windsor High School before enrolling at Sacred Heart University, representing their Women’s Rugby team while there. Caldon plays her club rugby with Danbury Rugby Club’s women’s side in Connecticut, and was invited to a USA Rugby U23 Sevens camp in July 2025. She was included in the NY Exiles squad for their 2026 WER season in late April, 2026.
