New York native Aziza Alford played in Women’s Elite Rugby during the 2026 season. She represented the Boston Banshees for her entire WER career.

A native of Mt. Vernon, NY, Aziza Alfrod attended Beacon School where she played both volleyball and basketball. She picked up rugby while attending Brown University between 2022-2025, representing the Bears while there. She was named Defensive Player of the Year and a D1 All-American in her senior year.

Alford was included on the Boston Banshees roster for their 2026 WER season in late April of 2026.
