California native Ariyanna ‘Ari’ Jurkowski played in Women’s Elite Rugby from 2025-2026. She represented the Bay Breakers for her entire WER career.

Ari Jurkowski earned her WER debut in Round 2 of the 2025 season, when she was named in the Bay Breakers starting lineup against the Denver Onyx, the first game in Breakers history. She has previously played with the Berkeley All Blues in the WPL, and is an active member of the US Coastguard, holding the rank of Lieutenant (junior grade). Jurkowski scored 3 tries in 9 games during WER’s inaugural season, starting 6 times. She returned for the Bay Breakers’ 2026 campaign the following year.
