Massachusetts native Akweley ‘Q’ Okine played in Women’s Elite Rugby from 2025-2026. She represented the Boston Banshees for her entire WER career.

Prior to WER, Q Okine played for Beantown RFC in the WPL. She was named on the Boston Banshees bench for WER’s first ever game on 22nd March, 2025 and earned 6 appearances in total for the Banshees during WER’s inaugural season. Okine returned for a second year with the Boston Banshees in 2026.
