Ironworkers2019 – RD 13: Seattle Seawolves v NOLA Gold
The Seattle Seawolves put in a huge defensive effort against the NOLA Gold, to emerge victors despite only scoring 1 try to the Gold’s 4.
Seawolves Flankers Brad Tucker and Nakai Penny put in enormous defensive performances. Tucker completed all 28 of his tackles to set a new MLR Single-Game record, surpassing 4 players with 25 including fellow Seattle flanker Eric Duechle. Nakai Penny completed all 27 of his attempts, which would have been a record in itself if not for Tucker’s 28 tackles.

Warriors2019 RD 12: Rugby United New York v San Diego Legion
The San Diego Legion travel from west coast to east as they take on Rugby United New York at MCU Park.
Curiously, this is the first time in MLR history where each team has a player of the same name, and they both started at number 3! Irish-American prop Paddy Ryan started for Rugby New York, and Australian prop Paddy Ryan started for San Diego.
