The Seattle Seawolves host Rugby United New York as the men from the big apple travel to the Pacific Northwest.
Perhaps no game in Major League Rugby could be defined as a ‘game of two halves’ more than this one. The Seawolves ran out to a 21-3 lead at the half time whistle, with NY only having a single penalty kick against Seattle’s 3 converted tries. The second half was a completely different story, with Rugby United NY scoring 20 unanswered points including a Dan Hollinshead penalty in the 76th minute to take NY ahead of the 2-time MLR champs, with the game finishing 21-23 in favour of the visitors.
