California native Shelby Lin played in Women’s Elite Rugby between 2025-2026. She represented the Bay Breakers for her entire WER career.

Shelby Lin earned her WER debut in Round 2 of the 2025 season, when she was named on the bench for the Bay Breakers against the Denver Onyx, the first game in Breakers history. She previously played with the Berkeley All Blues in the WPL. Lin has the honour of scoring the first try in Bay Breakers history, in their first game in RD 2 of the Inaugural 2025 season, against the Denver Onyx. She scored 2 tries in 10 games in 2025 (8 starts) for the Breakers in 2025, and returned for their 2026 campaign.
