Massachusetts native Rachael Harkavy played in Women’s Elite Rugby between 2025-2026. She represented the Boston Banshees for their entire WER career.

Prior to WER, Rachael Harkavy played with the Colorado Gray Wolves in the WPL. She was named on the Boston Banshees bench for WER’s first ever game on 22nd March, 2025 and appeared in all 10 of the Banshees games during WER’s inaugural season, starting 7 times and scoring 1 try and 35pts total. Harkavy returned for a second season in WER in 2026, this time representing the Denver Onyx.
