Trinidadian back Nicolette Pantor played in Women’s Elite Rugby during the 2026 season. She represented the Boston Banshees for her entire WER career.

Nicolette Pantor was raised in a rugby family, with father Wayne Pantor and younger brothers Leon and Jeron all playing the sport and representing the Trinidad & Tobago national teams. Her younger brother Jeron has played in Major League Rugby for Anthem RC. Pantor is a veteran of the T&T national teams, regularly captaining the 7s and 15s sides, and has played 7s, 10s, and 15s codes of rugby. She works for the Trinidad and Tobago Police, where she also captains their rugby team. Test veteran Pantor joined the Boston Banshees for the 2026 WER season.
