Oregon native Natayah Bauer played in Women’s Elite Rugby between 2025-2026. She represented the Twin Cities Gemini for her entire WER career.

Despite initially being named to the reserve roster, Natayah Bauer was named on the TC Gemini bench for the team’s first ever game on 23rd March, 2025. Bauer has previously played with ORSU in Oregon. Bauer would appear in 9 of the Gemini’s 10 games during the inaugural season of WER, earning 1 start and scoring 3 tries, 25pts total for the team. She returned for a second season with the team in 2026.
