Hawaiian native Naomi Carrillo played in Women’s Elite Rugby between 2025-2026. She represented the Bay Breakers for her entire WER career.

Naomi Carrillo, known as Omi, earned her WER debut when she was named in the starting lineup for the Breakers’ Round 4 clash with the New York Exiles. She has previously represented the Berkeley All Blues in the WPL, and has represented the Phillippines 7s internationally, as well as both the Retrievers and the All-Star team in the PR7s.

Carrillo recorded a hat trick in the Breakers’ Round 10 victory over the New York Exiles, the first of her WER career. This more than doubled her season try total to that point, from 2 to 5. Carrillo recorded 5 tries in 7 games (6 starts) during WER’s inaugural season, and returned to the Breakers for the 2026 season.
