California Native May Lauritzen played in Women’s Elite Rugby during the 2026 season. She represented the Bay Breakers for her entire WER career.

May Lauritzen attended UC-Berkeley, playing with the Cal Women’s Rugby side while there. She was named as a reserve player for the Bay Breakers’ 2025 season, but did not feature. Graduating in 2025, Lauritzen was named a D1 All-American before attending a USA Sevens U23 camp in July. She featured for the Peaks Academy All Stars at their fall classic in December 2025, and was included on the Bay Breakers roster for the 2026 WER season in late April, 2026.
