Ohio native Lucy Leatherman played in Women’s Elite Rugby between 2025-2026. She represented the Twin Cities Gemini for her entire WER career.

Lucy Leatherman was named on the TC Gemini bench for the team’s first ever game on 23rd March, 2025. Rogers has previously played with the Notre Dame Falcons, and is the sister of Gemini teammate and USA Eagle, Alivia Leatherman. She appeared in all 10 of the Gemini’s games during the inaugural WER season, starting 8 times and scoring a try. She returned for a second season with the team in 2026.
