California native Jackson Zabierek played in Major League Rugby during the latter half of the 2024 season. He represented the Seattle Seawolves for his entire MLR career.

Zabierek played football during high school, and also played rugby with Lamorinda RFC in California. He attended the University of Santa Cruz between 2019-2023, captaining the team from 2020 until his graduation. Zabierek has represented the USA U23 team, as well as the California Grizzlies on their 2023 tour of Chile.

Zabierek is a successful MLR draftee, having been selected in the 2nd Rd 18th overall by Rugby FC LA in the 2023 Collegiate Draft, but did not sign with LA. Instead, he represented the American Raptors during their 2024 Super Rugby Americas campaign. When the SRA season ended, he signed with the Seattle Seawolves for their 2024 playoff run.
