Connecticut native Fabiola Millien-Faustin played in Women’s Elite Rugby during the 2026 season. She represented the New York Exiles for her entire WER career.

A native of Stratford, CT, Fabiola Millien-Faustin attended Sacred Heart University between 2021-2025, representing the SHU Pioneers while there. Following her graduation, she join Danbury Rugby Club and represented the Women’s D2 side in the fall of 2025. Millien-Faustin was included in the NY Exiles squad for their 2026 WER season in late April of that year.
