California native Emily Henrich played in Women’s Elite Rugby during it’s inaugural season in 2025. She represented the Boston Banshees for her entire WER career.

Dartmouth college alum Emily Henrich began playing rugby at an early age, excelling during high school (while also being a nationally ranked aerial skier) where she was named an All-American. She earned her test debut for the USA as Eagle #269 against the Black Ferns while still at College at Dartmouth in 2018. In 2024, Henrich headed to England to join the Leicester Tigers in the PWR, scoring 4 tries in 13 games before returning stateside to participate in the inaugural season of Women’s Elite Rugby.

Henrich was named in the Boston Banshees starting lineup for WER’s first ever game on 22nd March, 2025. She scored 4 tries in as many games (all starts) for the Banshees during their inaugural season, and following the WER season she represented her country at her first Rugby World Cup in England in 2025. Henrich returned to the Leicester Tigers for the 2025/26 PWR season and was named to the USA Eagles’ UK Alignment Camp in early 2026.
