New York native Denisse Zambon-Regalado played in Women’s Elite Rugby during it’s inaugural season in 2025. She represented the New York Exiles for her entire WER career.

Denisse Zambon-Regalado earned their WER debut when she was named on the bench for the New York Exiles’ Round 5 clash with the Boston Banshees. She has represented the Dominican Republic internationally at sevens level, and has previously played with NYRC in the WPL. She also represented Norwich University during her time there
