Ontario native Cole Brown played in Majoe League Rugby between 2022-2024. He represented the Toronto Arrows for his entire MLR career.

The McMaster University alumni earned his MLR debut in the 2022 season, and scored a try in his debut. This would be his only appearance in 2022, and Brown made it a memorable one. He would earn an additional 4 MLR caps in the 2023 season, playing behind Canadian international starter Ross Braude.

On 29th September, 2023, the Toronto Arrows announced the re-signing of Brown for the 2024 MLR season which will be his third season in the North American to flight.
