Scottish back row Charlotte Gilmour played in Women’s Elite Rugby during the 2026 season. She represented the Twin Cities Gemini for her entire WER career.
A native of Perth in Scotland, Gilmour began playing rugby at Strathallan School where she played with the Girls First XV, captaining the side in her Senior year. She played her club rugby with Tayside from 2019-2020 before moving to Stirling County RFC from 2021-2022 with whom she won the Scottish Rugby Cup in 2022. Gilmour was a member of the Scotland U18 squad from 2019-2022 and has also played field hockey at a relatively high level. She moved to the US in 2022 to attend Harvard University where she represented the Crimson Women’s Rugby team until her graduation in 2026, helping the team to the 2024 NIRA 15s National Championship.
Although she was not listed on a WER roster when they were announced in late April 2026, Charlotte Gilmour appeared in the TC Gemini reserves for their Round 5 clash with the New York Exiles, where she earned her WER debut off the bench.
