Catherine Buffie played in Women’s Elite Rugby during the 2026 season. She represented the Denver Onyx for her entire WER career.

Catherine Buffie was introduced to rugby at the University of Denver and represented the DU Women’s Rugby Club through to her graduation in 2025. Buffie also represented the Rocky Mountain Peaks at the 2025 USA Rugby U23 Women’s All Stars Tournament in Quincy, MA in June of 2025 and attended a USA U23s training camp the following month. She was included on the Denver Onyx roster for their 2026 WER season in early 2026.
