New Mexico native Alexandra Hammon played in Women’s Elite Rugby between 2025-2026 season. She represented the Denver Onyx for her entire WER career.

Named as a reserve for the 2025 season, Alexandra Hammon, known as Andie, earned her WER debut when she was named in the Denver Onyx reserves for their Round 6 clash with the Chicago Tempest. Hammon has previously represented the Colorado Gray Wolves in the WPL, has coached with the University of Denver Men’s team, and is a full time Youth Rugby Program Coordinator.

Hammon earned a pair of appearances for the Denver Onyx during the inaugural WER season in 2025, helping the team secure the first ever Legacy Cup title. She returned for a second season with the Onyx in 2026.
