Columbian wing/centre Melisa Rios Mena played in Women’s Elite Rugby during the 2026 season. She represented the Twin Cities Gemini for her entire WER career.

Melisa Rios Mena has represented Colombia internationally at both 15s and 7s levels, playing in the WXV 3 competition in 2023, and the 2025 World Rugby Sevens Challenger Series in both Poland and South Africa. She has also played on the Rugby Tens circuit, representing the Rhinos Rugby Academy. She was included on the TC Gemini roster for their 2026 WER season in April of that year.
