Boston native Sarah Minahan played in Women’s Elite Rugby between 2025-2026. She represented the New York Exiles for her entire WER career.

Sarah Minahan was named in the NY Exiles’ starting lineup for WER’s first ever match on 22nd March, 2025. She has previously played with NYRC in the WPL. Minahan appeared in all 11 games for the NY Exiles during WER’s inaugural season, starting 8 times and scoring a try to help the team finish 2nd in the regular season, then as Legacy Cup Runners Up in their first year. She returned for a second season with the team in 2026.
