Colorado native Connor Cook played in Major League Rugby from 2018-2022. He represented the Colorado/Glendale Raptors from 2018-2020, and Rugby ATL from 2021-2022.
Cook was the 23rd player in MLR history to reach 50 caps in the competition, doing so on 11th June, 2022. Cook finished with exactly 50 caps in MLR, 33 of which were starts and scored 6 tries in this time. 4 of these tries came in 2022 for Rugby ATL.
In the 2022 season, Cook made 144 tackles with a success rate of 83.24%.
On 7th July 2022, Cook announced the end of his rugby career via an instagram post.
