California native Ronnie McElligott played in Major League Rugby during the 2024 season. He was drafted in the 3rd Round (32nd Overall) in the 2023 Collegiate Draft by the Dallas Jackals, and represented them for his entire MLR career.

The Dallas Jackals drafted McElligott out of St. Mary’s College with the 32nd overall pick in the 2023 MLR draft. This pick was traded to the Jackals from the NOLA Gold on 5th December 2022 along with James Vaifale in exchange for 2023 Salary Cap Considerations (unknown).
