Uruguayan internationally capped lock Ignacio Dotti played in Major League Rugby between 2019-2022, and again in 2024. He represented the NOLA Gold between 2019-2022 before spending a season with Peñarol, Uruguay’s representative club in the Super Rugby Americas (formerly SLAR) competition.
Dotti’s signing was announced by NOLA in October 2018 ahead of the 2019 MLR season, and he scored 3 of his 4 MLR tries in his debut season, earning 13 caps (12 starts). In his 4 seasons with NOLA, Dotti earned 36 caps (29 starts) before heading back to Uruguay and winning a championship with Peñarol.
