Canadian lock Conor Keys played in Major League Rugby between 2020-2025. He represented Rugby ATL (2020-2022) and the New England Free Jacks (2023-2025).

A native of Stittsville, Ontario, Keys began playing rugby at age 10 with the Barrhaven Scottish and Ottawa Ospreys, before attending the University of Victoria in BC between 2014-2019, playing with the UVic Vikes throughout. He was selected for the Canada U20 team in 2016, before earning his test debut for Canada against Chile in February 2017. Keys has earned over 30 caps for Canada to date, and represented them at the 2019 Rugby World Cup in Japan.

Keys signed with Rugby ATL ahead of the truncated 2020 season, and earned 33 MLR appearances for the RATLers between 2020-2022, including starting the 2021 MLR Final against the LA Giltinis. Following the 2022 MLR season, Keys signed with the New England Free Jacks, and earned 28 starts in his 32 games for the team during the Shield winning 2023 & 2024 seasons. Through the 2024 season, Keys has racked up 1111m gained and 485 tackles completed in 65 games (41 starts) across 5 seasons in MLR.

On November 21st, 2024, the New England Free Jacks announced the return of Conor Keys for the 2025 campaign, alongside Cole Keith, Paula Balekana, and Ethan Fryer.
