British Columbia native Ciaran Breen played in Major League Rugby between 2023-2024. He represents the Toronto Arrows.

Prior to moving into MLR, Breen had played with the Canada u20 team as well as the Canadian Sevens team, playing at both the Commonwealth Games and the World Cup of Sevens in 2022. His signing was announced by the Toronto Arrows in November of 2022, ahead of the 2023 season. During his debut MLR season Breen earned 7 MLR caps (6 starts) and beat 21 defenders, scoring 1 try for Canada’s only professional rugby club.

Following his performance in MLR, Ciaran Breen was selected to represent Canada on their August 2023 tour to Fiji and Tonga. On 2nd October, 2023, the Toronto Arrows announced that they had re-signed Ciaran Breen for the 2024 MLR season.
