American prop Alex Tucci is a Major League Rugby veteran, having played in the competition since MLR’s inaugural season in 2018. With the exception of the shortened 2020 season which he missed following an injury in the 2019 season, Tucci has appeared in every MLR season to date.

Tucci represented the Utah Warriors between 2018-2021, earning 33 caps in total and scoring 1 try. He then signed with the Dallas Jackals ahead of their inaugural season, representing them between 2022-2023. Tucci earned a further 20 caps with the Jackals, scoring his 2nd MLR try. Tucci earned his 50th MLR cap with the Jackals on 4th June 2023 against the New York Ironworkers.

Alex Tucci was selected by the Miami Sharks in the 2023 expansion draft held in private in July 2023. On 9th August 2023, Miami confirmed that Tucci had signed with the Sharks along with 3 other players from the expansion draft.
